Verdura Properties provides a high level of knowledge and expertise to assist individuals, families, and institutional clients achieve their long-term real estate investment objectives. The focus of this strategy centers on providing professional guidance and strategies to gain broad exposure to the market in order to achieve a successful sale for land owners who wish to monetize their asset. We believe the key to our success is attributable to taking an analytical and consultative approach to understanding and delivering on our clients’ needs. The results speak for themselves. Arnie Rogers
As a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Arnie Rogers has a wide range of experience in acreage sales, commercial properties, asset management, and development. In 2006, Arnie founded Verdura Properties to parlay his experience into assisting clients secure and divest timberland and recreational tracts.
Prior to launching Verdura Properties, Arnie spent five years with the St. Joe Company serving as the Sales Asset Manager for Florida’s Capital Region. With St. Joe, he was responsible for managing more than 100,000 acres and developing higher and better use (HBU) strategies for those assets.
Arnie was a development partner in Jamestowne at Madison Grove, a Thomasville, Georgia community based on Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) principals. He has also provided asset management services for the City of Tallahassee’s 429-acre multi-use Welaunee development.
In the commercial real estate arena, Arnie was a Business Properties Specialist for many years with The Sharp-Boylston Companies in Atlanta, Georgia. Later, after relocating to his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida, he established himself as a Commercial Property Advisor with SunCapital Properties.
Arnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Auburn University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. He lives in Tallahassee with his wife, Linda. His daughter and son both attended Auburn.
